Koppa Mining is really close to Delta Station.
Repair the damage, restart/reinstall power. it would be kinda of cool if we were able to reclame/restore some abandoned bases. Having a base there (to support the mining) would make more sense then oupost zero which seems to be a place to send people to be out of the way. Like I said with koppa site - you have a whole mining operation there, a big one, and yet. But on a planet that is pretty much all water having only 1 underwater base is.
